We recently hosted the second instalment of our Human Experience Series, where we explored the transformative power of immersive experiences in human-centred events. This engaging event focused on the human-centric approach to creating unforgettable experiences, featuring cutting-edge technologies, innovative strategies, and inspiring case studies. Our expert speakers shared valuable insights and facilitated thought-provoking discussions.

One of the highlights of our year was hosting the 92nd Interpol General Assembly in Glasgow. This prestigious event, held from 4 to 7 November 2024 at the Scottish Event Campus, brought together over 2,000 senior law enforcement officials and heads of ministries from 195 countries. Delivering an event of this scale required exceptional planning and coordination. IDENTITY worked closely with INTERPOL and local authorities to ensure every detail met the highest possible delivery standards. From security to logistics and creative to production. The General Assembly featured keynote addresses from key leaders, interactive panels, and workshops designed to address contemporary challenges and law enforcement.

Dubai Business Forum: creating real connections in business

After presenting a landmark creative proposal, Dubai Chambers selected us to deliver the Dubai Global Business Forum, a cutting-edge event that showcased their brand as a powerhouse for business in the emirate. We designed an immersive future theatre concept for TED-style sessions, featuring a wraparound plenary space for keynote speakers, videos, discussions, and digital engagement through a delegate app with networking features. The forum reinforced Dubai Chambers’ reputation as a global hub for business and next-generation entrepreneurship.

We had the pleasure of organising two significant events for Nando’s: the Partners Dinner and a staff incentive event in Lisbon. These events showcased our ability to create vibrant and engaging experiences that align with our client’s brand values. Our attention to detail and creative approach ensured that both events were memorable and impactful. 

For a large corporate firm, we delivered an extraordinary 12-hour carnival experience that was nothing short of spectacular. This event saw us serve over 12,000 portions of global cuisine to guests, highlighting our logistical prowess and ability to manage large-scale events seamlessly. The carnival was a resounding success, with attendees praising the energy, creativity, and execution of the event. 

We were honoured to be involved in the iconic Trooping the Colour ceremony, marking the King’s official birthday. This event, held on Horse Guards Parade in London, is a pinnacle of British pageantry and tradition. Our team’s contribution to this historic event was a proud moment, reflecting our ability to work on events that require precision, respect, and grandeur.

Our expertise in exhibitions was on full display with the exhibition stands we designed and developed for National Highways. These exhibitions were designed to inform, engage, and educate attendees about the latest developments and initiatives in the sector. Our team’s meticulous planning and execution ensured that the exhibitions were both informative and visually appealing.

This year, our team has been honoured with several prestigious awards, highlighting our excellence in the events industry. At the C&IT Awards, Identity won ‘Celebratory Event of the Year’ for Smiling Stars in Budapest and ‘International Conference of the Year’ for COP28. The Event Production Awards recognised Identity as the ‘Best Event Operator’ for the King’s Coronation. Additionally, we received the St Wilfrid’s Hospice Charity Champion Award for 2024, showcasing our commitment to both exceptional events and community giving. These awards solidify our position as industry leaders.
