Tower Bridge; Borough Market; The Shard; Identity.

For over 20 years Identity has been independently and proudly positioned by the sunny seaside in Eastbourne, East Sussex. After a phenomenal year in 2019, Identity delivered a plethora of successful events supporting clients such as Media Freedom, VisitBritain, Department for Transport, Royal Navy, RAF and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. Identity finished this jam-packed, exciting year by successfully executing the NATO Leaders’ Meeting in December. This powerfully springboarded Identity to a whole new level; and it was time to open an office in London.

When 2020 arrived in conjunction with the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic, the events industry was forced into lockdown. Urging companies to think of alternate ways of utilising resources and technology, competition within the industry was high for innovation and proposed customer solutions. Business owners had to make every effort to keep afloat during this rogue wave of uncertainty. Events were being cancelled. Staff were furloughed. London, paused.
Through hard work, dedication and applying our pioneered philosophy of human experience, Identity has ambitiously pushed through 2020 and continues to drive for opportunity and delivery of large-scale events for high-profile clients.

On 11-13 June, Identity will deliver G7 for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office in Carbis Bay, Cornwall, and our agency has recently been recognised and published in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100, having climbed 65 places from last year, to number 25. Furthermore, as we ride the crest of this exciting wave, we have resumed our mission to place ourselves in the heart of the city. As of Thursday 3rd June 2021, Identity is pleased to announce that we have officially opened our London office located in Borough, to support the increasing growth of our team. Within a central London location, we have ensured easy access by situating our office directly opposite Borough underground tube station, and just a nine-minute walk from London Bridge.

Contemporary, clean and fresh, the new Identity office is a collaborative space that offers a theme of luxury for our clients to feel comfortable and welcome when coming to visit us. (Fortunately, if a project might be better discussed over lunch – we have Borough market at our disposal too!) Proudly situated outside of London, and now within it, Identity can continue this phenomenal journey placing human understanding at the heart of every experience we create.

“I am very proud of the team and their continued dedication to support each other in a fast-growing business. It has been inspiring to see the passion and enthusiasm that the team puts in everyday.” – Michael Gietzen, Managing Director.
