The brief

  • In 2023, Dubai Chambers, the engine of Dubai’s economic development and business growth, sought to further elevate their status by hosting a world-leading, must-attend Dubai Business Forum that would attract international audiences, secure new investment and place Dubai at the epicentre of global business.
  • Identity was asked to create this flagship business networking summit as part of our wider partnership with the membership organisation to reimagine their business vision and brand. 
  • The event needed to be an immersive experience that would create ‘wow’ moments, brand recognition and lasting memories for both new and existing audiences, cementing Dubai’s position as a leading global hub for business, trade and investment.

The difference we made

  • Identity designed and delivered an immersive mega event – the Dubai Business Forum – forging new partnerships for our client and elevating their reputation as a powerful global business enabler.
  • Directly aligned with delegate and investor needs, Identity’s innovative design for the event united physical and digital audiences by harnessing world-leading AI-powered networking technology to unlock opportunities between CEOs, heads of state and major investors across industries, from across the globe.
  • The Identity team took care of all stakeholder management including liaising with VVIPs, VIPs, virtual delegates, media and press, exhibitors, speakers (plus entourage), sponsors and partnership organisations. We were able to track delegate engagement and meetings during the event, facilitating the targeted post-event comms, comprehensive reporting and strategic content development for future years.
  • Our visionary event strategy is future-focused and flexible, allowing for evolution through each annual iteration of the event. This is enabling further amplification of the brand and driving the longer-term strategy for the flagship event to be fully supported by an expanding, global series of regional attractor and incubator events for an international audience.
