Meta
A landmark presence on the Promenade

The challenge
Meta needed a fully bespoke space in Davos that could serve two distinct audiences simultaneously: C-suite leaders requiring private, high-value meeting environments, and a broader audience of attendees engaging with Meta’s latest technology through hands-on demos and interactive experiences.
The space had to feel like a sanctuary from the intensity of WEF week, while remaining outward-facing and brand-expressive. Delivering this within a four-month lead time, in sub-zero temperatures on the side of a mountain, added a further layer of complexity.

Approach
We focused on a human, coherent, and flexible design, one that balanced executive comfort with open innovation. Sleek lounges and breakout areas created space for meaningful conversation, while carefully considered ergonomic design ensured the environment worked for everyone from global CEOs to first-time visitors.
Externally, we created an art installation showcasing Meta Orion that became a shareable moment for passersby, complemented by a hot chocolate activation that invited guests to order via WhatsApp: a simple but effective expression of Meta’s own technology driving real-world connection.
Result
The result was a highly sought-after destination on the Promenade, one that balanced intimacy with accessibility, and hospitality with innovation. The hot chocolate activation alone drew over 1,800 visitors, with client feedback describing the overall delivery as “flawless execution.”
The experience laid the groundwork for an even more creatively ambitious presence in 2026, with a clear brief to push further on brand alignment and strategic storytelling.
