Towards the end of 2016, Identity began a £250,000 expansion on their offices in Pevensey and Westham, East Sussex. Identity’s vision is perhaps best encapsulated by the Albert Einstein quote – now proudly engraved across our new conference room – “Creativity is intelligence having fun”, and it was essential that the refurbishment helped communicate and reinforce the company’s brand, core values and achievements to staff, visitors and clients.


Our production team, who have many years between them of managing interior branding and office fit-outs, worked effortlessly to ensure deadlines were met and the design and build matched Identity’s professional and eye-catching standard.

Over the course of three months, mezzanine flooring was constructed to make way for a new workshop and larger printing space for the production team. This was followed by a new kitchen, reception and staff room, plus an additional two new meeting rooms.


Within the expansion, a new space was required for a bigger design studio. Before Christmas, Identity took on its biggest client to date which saw the design team busier than ever – accordingly, the size of the design team has nearly doubled since January. This has really broadened our expertise and services, which now includes advertising, digital graphics, web design, illustration, print-based art-working, and typography.

The Design is not the only team that has seen growth. Identity’s digital division also expanded in 2016, now boasting five members, who have also moved into a larger space within the office. The team continues to focus on the implementation and management of marketing campaigns for our clients, including campaign strategy, dynamic creative, social media, email marketing and search.


It’s not only in the UK that Identity’s presence has grown. Last December, Identity opened new premises in Abu Dhabi, and we’re now working across the GCC to further their existing client and supply chain while looking to secure new contracts, business relationships and opportunities.
