Delivering a historic tech launch at scale

The challenge
Arm wanted to launch its first own-branded AGI CPU, a direct move into silicon production and a fundamental shift in the company’s identity and market position.
The event needed to position Arm not as a technology company talking about AI, but as the infrastructure that makes AI possible everywhere.
It had to move press, analysts and investors simultaneously, generate global media coverage, and land a 90-minute keynote built on emotional storytelling, not specs.
Approach
The creative idea was simple and built to last: Arm Everywhere. A name arrived at through thoughtful messaging work across multiple audience groups, capturing the product truth in two words and designed to scale as an annual franchise.
With the name and narrative established, creative development expanded Arm’s existing brand toolkit into a distinctive standalone look and feel, premium and human, built to stand alongside the biggest names in tech.
The keynote was the centrepiece. Pre-announcement, the space was deliberately withheld; ambient light and sound only, the demo village covered. On reveal, a full transformation: lighting states, product films and live demos activating simultaneously across the room.
Fort Mason provided the setting, but every element of the production infrastructure was brought in from scratch. Full rigging, air conditioning, power, audio and broadcast systems.
Multi-audience management ran in parallel, with press and investors in distinct environments, each with tailored messaging and access controls.
The global livestream ran as two broadcasts, live for the main audience and repeated for APAC, with Identity managing broadcast specifications, subtitles and translations throughout.


Result
The client described the experience as a historic moment for the company and the tech industry. The headlines landed. The global broadcast held.
Arm Everywhere is expected to become an annual franchise, with this as its founding edition.
