The challenge
Identity was honored to serve as the lead agency for the Coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla, orchestrating a momentous event that captivated the world. The UK’s first coronation in nearly 70 years required meticulous planning and flawless execution, ensuring a grand, dignified, and visually stunning celebration befitting a new era of monarchy.

Approach
A 100-person team collaborated with multiple stakeholders to bring this historic occasion to life. We partnered with top creative minds to deliver city dressing, featuring world-class projection mapping on Big Ben, and supported the grand military procession of 7,000 personnel and 150 horses, witnessed by thousands along the ceremonial routes.
Result
The Coronation captivated a global audience of 400 million, with 100,000+ attendees lining the streets and 2,000 VIPs inside Westminster Abbey. This landmark event in British history created an unparalleled sense of national unity and pride, standing as a once-in-a-lifetime experience for the nation.
