Identity partnered with UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) to deliver the high-profile event – European Political Community. With meticulous brand experience design, we ensured a seamless, engaging, and sustainable event. EPC tasked Identity with managing the full event production for a prestigious diplomatic gathering at the historic Blenheim Palace, covering everything from creative design to execution.
Approach
Navigating a highly complex environment, we handled all event elements—including build, creative, and project management—while ensuring a flawless delegate experience. Despite Blenheim Palace remaining open to the public and a new UK government being elected mid-planning, we maintained seamless execution.
Result
Identity’s agile approach ensured a smooth event, prioritising sustainability. The event achieved ISO20121 certification and carbon neutrality, with materials reused or donated post-event, reinforcing a commitment to responsible event management.
