The challenge
We need to deliver 25 networking experiences across 8 EMEA regions – all designed to strengthen executive-level connections. Salesforce came to us with clear objectives: strengthen customer trust, build executive-level connections, and showcase their latest innovations across 8 major international markets. Salesforce needed the perfect setting to engage their partners and customers.

Approach
Leveraging our decade-long collaboration with Salesforce on the Dreamforce ancillary event programme, we developed a core team to ensure consistency and economies of scale. Using a centralised approach, we created essential documents including a central playbook, venue and supplier playbook, and print toolkit to ensure consistent quality across all venues—from executive dinners to large receptions and breakfast meetings.
Result
Across the 25 networking experiences, we brought together more than 2,000 attendees. The week’s success was evident in every detail—from the 4,500+ canapés served and 1,500+ glasses of bubbles shared, to the invaluable business connections and lasting memories created across all markets.
