Elevating Vodafone's presence at Wimbledon for the 5th consecutive year

The challenge
As Wimbledon’s Official Connectivity Partner, Vodafone wanted to evolve their presence while building on 2024’s success and refreshing key areas for brand evolution and updated key messaging. The challenge was creating two distinct experiences – accessible public engagement and premium VIP hospitality – that would demonstrate technology’s positive impact while accommodating approximately 1,000 guests across the tournament.

Approach
In collaboration with Fuse, we developed a dual-audience strategy recognising different engagement needs. For consumers, we created fun, accessible experiences including a custom-built tennis accuracy game, bespoke charging benches, and an interactive social corner showcasing how connectivity enhances special moments. The exclusive hospitality suite focused on creating an ideal environment for business relationship development, with meticulous attention to every detail and experiences beginning before guests reached the welcome gates.
Result
The comprehensive approach delivered Vodafone’s NPS highest satisfaction scores to date, perfectly positioning the partnership for year five.
