The challenge
We were asked by Wella Professionals to deliver ‘Wella Destination Malta’, a three-day getaway experience for their most valued customers. The experience needed to unite their global B2B hairdressing community, offering unparalleled education, perks, inspiration and networking. That’s not all, the brand also wanted to showcase their new Smooth Filler product and passion for AI.

Approach
We packed the schedule with unique benefits for the Wella community. They enjoyed engaging trend and technique workshops, insightful talks and exclusive opportunities to connect. To showcase how digital innovation can elevate creativity, each evening culminated in catwalk shows, set against an impressive 14m LED screen which unveiled new trends and products. The catwalks were rounded off with entertainment and DJ sets – creating an unforgettable celebratory atmosphere. To further foster relationships and drive engagement, we implemented innovative smart badge technology and an event app to add a fun gamified element for attendees.
