The challenge

At COP28’s ‘Health Day,’ Reaching the Last Mile (RLM), in partnership with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, entrusted Identity to design and execute a high-profile, multi-zone forum balancing security, storytelling, and seamless event flow. Identity was selected to deliver the RLM Forum across the highly restricted Blue Zone and regulated Green Zone, overcoming logistical and security challenges to ensure a smooth and impactful experience.

Approach

With expertise in high-security events for heads of state, global leaders, and A-list figures, Identity crafted a 1.5-hour program featuring poetry readings, original music, and animations, offering attendees moments of reflection amid the intense discussions.

By strategically integrating creative storytelling into the forum, we enhanced audience engagement, deepened the impact of key messages, and elevated the overall experience, ensuring RLM’s vision resonated long after the event concluded.
